When you submit aSubmission, you agree to the following:

• you are currently a bona fide user of Alfred Ritchy product(s) mentioned in your Submission and your Submission reflects your true and honest opinion of and current experience with Alfred Ritchy products(s).
• you are over the age of majority, or, if a minor, your parent or legal guardian consents to your submission.
• your Submission (or any portion of it) has not been included in nor planned for use in any other advertising or promotional materials, for Alfred Ritchy or any third party.

 

By submitting a Submission, you grant each of the following to Alfred Ritchy:

• If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EUR (or any other agreed currency).
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
